MMA Circuits - Using equipment from punch bags to ground and pound dummies, you can burn up to 400 calories in half an hour. Our instructors will push you to the limit with this high impact, fun, empowering and explosive class.

Studio Cycle - A spin class for everyone to enjoy! No two minutes will be the same in this mixed intensity class - a great way to progress!

Zumba This class is fun, energetic and a great way to get the workout you want. Based on Latin dance moves but simple enough for everyone to follow you will find yourself dancing away the calories in this aerobic class.

Balance Combining Yoga, Pilates and strength training this will improve core stability, flexibility and balance. A great class for both body and mind.

Pilates - Focus on breathing, balance and controlled movements to tone and improve balance and flexibility.

Pump FX - A weights based studio class to a pumping sound track to tone and strengthen.

LBT - Low impact aerobics class focusing on toning and working the legs bum and tummy!
